A dream of winter

This collection of images reflects my love of woodlands in winter. The graphic shapes of bare winter trees have a stark beauty which is only revealed only once the last Autumn leaves have fallen. It is a joy to wander in this transient wonderland (even in damp, grey winters as occur so often in this part of the UK now)
